AK-47 No Reload is a weapon mod that adds a rapid-fire crossbow and ammo to the game. It does not reload. This is a one-shot weapon that fires arrows rapidly, at a very high rate of fire. It can be used with both hands or held in the hand. If you have a two-button mouse, you can shoot continuously just by holding it down. If you do not have a two-button mouse, you must repeatedly press the left mouse button. Pressing the key repeatedly provides "more than 2x" accuracy.
